What creatively inspires you and your work?

My inspirations derive from individuals who are not in an art major or field, yet they continue to surprise me with their creativity that is only unique to their style in which those who study art lack conceptualization.

How has your work developed since the beginning of the BFA program?

Getting feedback from the professors and classmates have helped me to improve my design skills. Sharing ideas and collaborating with a team have engaged me to visualize different aspects to develop my creativity.

What is the biggest challenge you've faced and how did you overcome it?

My biggest challenge in my life was moving to the U.S. by myself when I was fifteen. Sometimes, I was being treated unfairly due to my status, and finding solutions while facing the culture and language barrier was a great hardship. I had to reach out to the people around me for help. Through these experiences, I have gained knowledge on how to solve different types of issues wisely.
